from you and from other sources such as former and current employers to conduct
the RPL process, and you agree that this information may be disclosed to third
party RPL assessors
You agree for us to use cookies on your browser (unless you remove them)

RPL application which you have made, as well as potential job or training

You agree to comply with future changes in the Milcom privacy policy.
1. Your personal information is important to us
Milcom recognises the importance of your privacy, and that you have a right
to control how your personal information is collected and used. We know that
providing personal information is an act of trust and we take that seriously.

2. Collecting information about you
Milcom will not collect or monitor any personal information about you without

businesses.
If you start but do not complete the self assessment, we will not keep any
records from your visit except at your request. After we have provided you with
the results of your self assessment, you will be given the choice as to whether
you would like us to keep your record for future use or delete it.
If you apply for an RPL assessment, you will be asked to provide evidence of
your previous work experience such as a letter from a past employer. It may be
necessary for the assessor to make further contact with a former or current
employer or other person to assess your application. Under our obligations as a
Registered Training Organisation we are required to keep all evidence which you
supply in support of your RPL application for a period of 7 years.
Any further collection of your personal information other than that explained
